Food Justice
Food justice is about ensuring access to fresh, healthy food for all, regardless of income or location. In many Black and marginalized communities like West Louisville, food deserts leave residents with limited choices, leading to higher rates of food insecurity and health issues. CTCT works to dismantle these barriers by providing sustainable, nutritious food options, addressing systemic inequities in food distribution. This isn't just about feeding people; it’s about empowering communities to thrive by restoring control over their food resources.
